We had a wonderful stay in a stunning location, and being on the top floor of the historic hall felt like we were living in a "castle," as my son put it! The check-in and check-out process was super smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly, even at the pool. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Although we skipped breakfast, we enjoyed Nespresso and tea in our room. The stone-effect freestanding bath added a touch of luxury to our accommodation. When you compare the cost of this place to somewhere like Centre Parcs for pool access, spa treatments, bike rides, and spacious rooms, it’s truly a steal! We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend exploring Charlecote, Warwick Castle, and the Butterfly Farm, and we could have easily squeezed in a visit to the British Motor Museum if we had more time.

Absolutely everything was fantastic! The rooms are incredible—spacious, comfortable, and some even offer beautiful views. Room 4 had stunning views and was very large and cozy. Room 29 was a bit smaller but just as comfortable. We decided to extend our stay for an extra night and were moved to rooms 16 and 17, which were both breathtaking. All of these rooms are superior doubles.
The restaurant served delicious food—we enjoyed an afternoon tea as part of our spa day package. The leisure facilities and spa were wonderfully relaxing; we spent the entire day there!
The staff were all amazing, but Nadia at Reception truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We felt like VIPs throughout our visit. Thank you so much!
We will definitely be coming back!
